UPDATE: Summer Volleyball Camps Cancelled
February 19, 2020 | Women's Volleyball
UPDATE!!!
Due to COVID-19, we are disappointed to announce the cancellation of the Oregon State Volleyball camps in July.
At this time we will refund our campers the full amount paid, and will place each camper on our email list for future camps and clinics.
We look forward to hosting you again next summer!
-----------
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State Volleyball's summer camp registration is now open.
There are numerous options for campers this summer including Serving/6s Camp on July 16; Residential All-Skills Camp July 17-19; Specialized Skills Camps July 20 and 23; and Commuter All-Skills Camp July 21-22.
Serving/6s Camp is a three-hour camp, divided into 1.5 hours of serving instruction and 1.5 hours of 6s play. Campers will learn various options including float serves, jump float serves, topspin serves and more. Serving/6s campers have the option of staying over to begin Residential All-Skills camp the next day for an additional fee.
Residential All-Skills Camps is OSU's highest level camp. Campers will live and dine on campus for three days and two nights. Residential camp includes instruction sessions in the morning and afternoon in the six basic skills of volleyball and a choice of volleyball activities in the evenings. Participants are grouped by skill level and age.
Specialized Skills Camps have six options available for campers to improve their skills set. Each camp (2.5 hours) focuses on a particular set of skills (i.e. – serve/pass, set/hit, hit/defense, etc.). Campers select ONE skill to work on per camp, with up to three camps per day.
Commuter All-Skills Camp features instruction in the six basic volleyball skills similar to the Residential All-Skills Camp.
