Bautista (Hayward, Calif.) joins the Beavers as a defender out of James Logan High School.
"Amaya comes from one of the top clubs in the country in the San Jose Earthquakes DA," Kagan said. "She is a very technical, smart player who can play a variety of positions for us. She is going to have a great career here."
Bautista played her club soccer for FC Bay Area. Her club team is San Jose Earthquakes DA and her 2004 team is the No. 1 ranked team in the nation.
