UPDATE: Gymnastics Summer Camp Cancelled
July 07, 2020 | Women's Gymnastics
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we are disappointed to announce the cancellation of the Oregon State Gymnastics this summer.
At this time we will refund our campers the full amount paid, and will place each camper on our email list for future camps and clinics.
Our priority is always the health, safety and well-being of our campers and staff. We hope that you are all healthy and able to train safely in your gyms soon. We are looking forward to hosting you in the next year when it is safe.
Dream Big, GO BEAVS!!

Â
CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State gymnastics program has announced that registration is now open for 2020 Oregon State Gymnastics Summer Camps, which are scheduled for July 6-8 and July 9-11, 2020.
Â
Overnight and daytime only options are available.
Â
The camp is open to girls seven years old and up. Previous away from home experience is preferred for overnight campers.
Â
The focus of the camp is to instruct campers in the current techniques and proper progressions involved in gymnastics. The camp is designed to handle the camper with limited experience while at the same time offering a challenge to the competitive gymnast. Campers will be placed in groups according to age and ability. A small gymnast-to-coach ratio guarantees plenty of individual instruction by the staff.
Â
Classes consist of vault, bars, tumbling, beam, trampoline, video and dance. In addition to daily workouts, campers will take part in evening activities such as swimming, bowling and movies.
Â
The overnight camping option costs $600 and includes all activities plus room and meals beginning with lunch on Monday, July 6, and ending with lunch on Wednesday, July 8 for the first camp, lunch on Thursday, July 9 and ending with lunch on Saturday, July 11 for the second. A camp photo and t-shirt are also included.
Â
The day camper option costs $490 and includes all activities including evening events, a camp photo and t-shirt. Day campers are responsible for their own meals and lodging.
Â
Campers interested in participating in both camp sessions can do so for $850 for day camp or $1,050 for overnight camp.
Â
Mail-in or email registration is available now by filling out and returning the attached documents (application, liability release and insurance form). For more information regarding the camps, contact Oregon State Director of Gymnastics Operations Bea Whisenhunt at (541) 737-1969 or beatrice.whisenhunt@oregonstate.edu.
