Beavers Headed for Sweet Matchup with Louisville

THE GAME: The No. 11 Oregon State women's basketball team will head to its fourth-consecutive Sweet 16, as the Beavers compete Friday vs. No. 5 Louisville in Albany, N.Y.

OSU vs. LOUISVILLE: Oregon State and Louisville have met twice in program history, with the Cardinals taking both meetings. The two sides went head-to-head in the Elite Eight last season in Lexington, Ky., with Louisville winning 76-43. Taya Corosdale scored 11 points in that contest.

WHAT'S UP NEXT: The winner of Friday's game will move on to the Elite Eight, and will take on the winner of UCLA vs. UConn.

TOURNAMENT SO FAR: Oregon State faced a pair of tight battles in the opening rounds at Gill Coliseum. The Beavers topped Boise State 80-75 in overtime on Saturday, before taking down Gonzaga 76-70 on Monday. Neither side led Monday's game by more than six prior to the closing minutes.

QUICK HITTERS:
- Oregon State is 142-30 since the start of the 2014-15 season, the seventh-best record in the nation over that span, trailing only UConn, Notre Dame, Baylor, Maryland, South Carolina and Louisville.
- This is the sixth-straight season the Beavers have made the NCAA Tournament. Monday's win over Gonzaga was the Beavers' 13th win over that stretch.
