Get to Know Madi Dagen
Freshman Madi Dagen is next up in our 2019 Get to Know series. Madi has made a big impression early in her rookie season. She's performed on three events in each of the Beavers' meets thus far hitting all nine routines.
What OSU team do you get most excited to watch?
Gymnastics of course! But if I have to pick another one, I'll say baseball.
Where would you most like to live someday?
I definitely want to live somewhere warm and by the beach … maybe San Diego.
How many U.S. states have you visited?
I have visited approximately 22 states. Gymnastics has taken me to some pretty cool places.
What is your secret power/talent?
I'm a good driver and rarely need to ask for directions.
What fad or trend do you hope comes back?
Juicy Couture sweatshirts should totally make a comeback.
What fictional place would you most like to go?
I would love to receive a golden ticket in my chocolate bars and go to the Chocolate Factory!
What's your favorite holiday?
Definitely Christmas!
If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for?
I'd say I am really good at making people laugh. I think I could come out with a few golds in that activity.
Are you usually early or late?
I'm usually late … and not very proud of it.
Horror or romance?
I'm going with romance. You can't go wrong with a good love story.
Read or watch the movie?
Even though the book is usually better, I love watching movies!
Hang gliding or whitewater rafting?
Hang gliding! I am not a huge fan of cold water.
Sushi or tacos?
Sushi for sure.
What is the most annoying question that people ask you?
Is Lacy your twin?
