
Gulich Named to All-Pac-12 Team for Second-Straight Year

McWilliams, Pivec and Tudor earn Pac-12 Honorable Mention
CORVALLIS – Senior Marie Gulich highlighted the Oregon State players honored in the Pac-12 Coaches' Awards, earning All-Pac-12 and Pac-12 Defensive Team honors. The senior is joined in the recognition by All-Pac-12 Honorable Mentions Katie McWilliams, Mikayla Pivec and Kat Tudor. McWilliams also netted Defensive Honorable Mention, while Taya Corosdale and Aleah Goodman both earned Pac-12 All-Freshman Honorable Mention.

Gulich earns All-Pac-12 honors for the second-straight season. The Cologne, Germany native has proven herself as one of the top players in the country this year, earning a spot on the Naismith Trophy Late Season Watch List. Gulich is shooting 66.1 percent from the floor this season, and is averaging 17.4 points and 9.1 rebounds per contest. She is currently riding a four-game streak of 20+ point performances. On the defensive end, Gulich leads the Pac-12 with 88 blocks this year.

McWilliams, who was named a Pac-12 Freshman Honorable Mention two years ago, is averaging 7.9 points per game on 45.9 percent shooting from the floor. She is second on the team with 111 assists on the season, and has pulled down 4.1 rebounds per game. The junior is playing her best basketball down the stretch, and has scored in double-figures in seven of her last nine games.

Pivec has stepped up for the Beavers this season, filling the role of point guard for the first time since she was in seventh grade. The sophomore is averaging 11.0 points per game, and leads all Pac-12 guards with 7.3 rebounds per contest. Pivec leads the Beavers with 144 assists.

Tudor is one of the best 3-point shooters in the nation, and has knocked down 78 longballs on the year. The sophomore is averaging 12.0 points per game on the season, and is shooting 45.0 percent from the floor as well as 42.9 percent from 3-point range.

Corosdale has started 20 games this season. She is averaging 6.9 points and 3.9 rebounds per game, and is shooting 44.3 percent. Goodman is shooting a blistering 50.0 percent from 3-point range, and is averaging 6.6 points per game.

As a team, the Beavers finished the regular season with a record of 23-6, and a Pac-12 mark of 14-4. Oregon State has moved up to No. 10 in Monday's Associated Press poll.

Oregon State will play its quarterfinal game of the Pac-12 Tournament on Friday in Seattle, Wash against the winner of Arizona vs. Arizona State.
