Baseball Home Opener Now At 4 P.M.

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State baseball team has moved its 2018 home opener Friday versus Hartford at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field to 4:05 p.m. PT due to expected low temperatures that night.

The four-game series with the Hawks is slated to continue with a doubleheader Saturday that begins at 1:05 p.m. – game two starts approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the first game – and concludes Sunday with a 12:05 p.m. first pitch.

Clear Bag Policy
As an additional security measure and to provide our fans a more consistent and efficient entry process, Oregon State Athletics is implementing a bag policy for all ticketed athletic events beginning with baseball games in Spring 2018. This policy limits the size and types of bags that are permitted inside the stadium, but is not a restriction on many of the items that fans have brought into the stadium in the past.

Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12"x 6"x 12"; one gallon clear, re-sealable plastic storage bags; and small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand) with or without a handle or strap.
