
Pantuso, Tchilao Named Scholar Athletes of the Month

CORVALLIS – Oregon State Athletics is proud to announce Allison Pantuso and Don Tchilao have been named as November Scholar Athletes of the Month.
Pantuso, a senior from Thousand Oaks, Calif., played in a total of 74 games during her time at Oregon State. She started the last two seasons for the Beavers, playing primarily as a defender or holding midfielder. Her lone goal of the 2018 campaign came in Oregon State's 2-1 win over California. Pantuso is a psychology major, and was recently named to the Pac-12 Academic Second Team.
Tchilao is a speech communication major who made the All-Pac-12 First Team. The senior led the team in points with 23, on seven goals and nine assists. Tchilao was tops in the conference in assists, and was tabbed as Pac-12 Player of the Week twice this season. He is a two-time Pac-12 Academic Honorable Mention, as the team still awaits this year's men's soccer academic awards.
Student-athletes are selected each month and are coordinated by the Academics for Student-Athletes staff.
