Beavers Drop 2018 Road Finale

SEATTLE – The No. 18 Washington Huskies scored on the first four possessions to pull away from Oregon State 42-23 Saturday at Husky Stadium in the Beavers' final road game of the season.
Jermar Jefferson was the highlight of the day – finishing with 115 yards - for the Beavers as he eclipsed the school's freshman running record of Jacquizz Rodgers. Additionally, Jefferson moved into 27th place for career rushing at OSU with 1,316 on the year. That total is the seventh-best single-season mark in OSU history.
The Beavers fought back from a deep 28-3 first quarter deficit to make things interesting, getting three first-half field goals by Jordan Choukair and a Isaiah Hodgins three-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Jake Luton. The Beavers tallied 16 first-half points which is what Washington entered the game allowing for a contest. Jack Colletto capped off Oregon State's offensive day with a 3-yard rushing touchdown midway through the fourth quarter.
Oregon State wraps up the 2018 season Friday in the annual Civil War at Reser Stadium at 1 p.m. on FS1.
