Beavers Return to Gill to Host Huskies, Cougars

This Week
• The Beavers return home to host Washington and Washington State this week.
• Oregon State takes on No. 10 Washington (21-6, 11-5 Pac-12) Friday at 6 p.m.
• OSU then hosts Washington State (14-13, 3-12) on Sunday at 3 p.m.
Tickets
• OSU Athletics is celebrating Fan Appreciation Week. Fans can show their Beaver football game ticket for this Saturday's match-up and receive a discounted ticket to OSU's volleyball matches this weekend for $5.
• Friday is also Faculty/Staff Night. OSU faculty and staff can receive $5 tickets by showing a valid Oregon State staff ID.
TV/Live Video/Stats
• Sunday's match against Washington State will be broadcast live on Pac-12 Oregon and Washington. Rich Burk and Camryn Irwin will be on the call.
• Friday's match against Washington will not be televised. However, there will be a live webstream at osubeavers.com.
• Fans with subscriptions to the Network can also watch the Washington State match on Pac-12 .com, or via the Pac-12 Now app.
• Live stats will be available for the matches and, along with Friday's webstream, can be found by visiting the volleyball schedule page on osubeavers.com.

Against Washington
• The Beavers trail the all-time series with the Huskies 23-62. However, the Beavers knocked off UW earlier this season in Seattle ending a losing streak that had stretched since 2001. That win set OSU on its current streak of eight wins in 10 tries.
Against Washington State
• Oregon State trails the all-time series with ASU, 43-48. The Beavers will be seeking their third straight win over the Cougars on Sunday.
Zwerver to Hall of Fame
• Assistant coach Ron Zwerver, who was announced as part of the 2017 International Volleyball Hall of Fame class in July, will miss this week's match against Washington for his induction ceremony in Holyoke, Mass. on Saturday. He'll be back on the sideline Sunday when the Beavers face Washington State.

• Mary-Kate Marshall was announced as one of 10 finalists for the prestigious Senior CLASS Award. Fans are encouraged to vote for the winner by going online at www.seniorclassaward.com.
It's Been a While
• In October, Oregon State had a five-match conference win streak (UW, WSU, UA, ASU, Utah) - it's first since 1990 - snapped Saturday by Colorado.
• OSU swept the Washington schools for the first time since 1990 (10/13 & 10/15).
• The Beavers' defeat of the Huskies in Seattle was the first over UW since 2001.
• OSU earned its first weekend sweep of Arizona and Arizona State since 1996 (10/18 & 10/20).
• Oregon State defeated Arizona in Tucson last week for the first time since 1993 ... OSU went on to secure a weekend sweep in the desert also for the first time since 1993.
• The Beavers also completed the season sweep of the Arizona schools, going 4-0, for the first time since 1990.
Aces
• OSU is currently starting four freshmen - Haylie Bennett (OPP), Maddie Goings (OH), Grace Massey (L) and Kylee McLaughlin (S).
• Mary-Kate Marshall recorded 31 kills last week and now has 1,840 in her career. She now only trails Rachel Rourke, who had 1,920 kills from 2006-09.
• Mary-Kate Marshall became the sixth player in OSU history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in her career last weekend.
• Marshall also ranks fourth in kills among active players in Division I.
• Entering the week, Mary-Kate Marshall is second in the Pac-12 and ninth in the nation with 5.26 points per set.
• Marshall is also second in the conference and is 12th in the country with 4.55 kills per set.
• Kylee McLaughlin is the only player in the Pac-12 Conference, and one of 28 in the nation, to record a triple-double in 2017 (49 assists, 11 digs, 10 blocks) at Portland.
• Grace Massey, who moved into the starting libero spot, has recorded 170 digs during that 10-match stint (39 sets). That's an average of 4.36 digs per set.
• Kayla Ellis registered 19 digs last week and now has 1,134 digs in her career ranking 9th on OSU's career list. She needs eight to tie Gina Schmidt (1998-01) for eighth.
