Beavers Set For Three-Day Tournament

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State women's golf team will compete in its penultimate event of the fall season this Friday through Sunday at the Ron Moore Invitational in Highlands Ranch, Colo.

FIELD (13): Oregon State, Cal Poly, Denver, New Mexico, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Pepperdine, San Jose State, South Dakota State, Tulsa, Texas-San Antonio, Washington State and Wyoming.

COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,450-yard Highlands Ranch Golf Club.

BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State will go with a lineup of senior Susie Cavanagh, juniors Olivia Benzin and Haley Nist, sophomore Mari Nishiura and freshman Ellie Slama. Sophomore Nicole Schroeder will compete as an individual.

FORMAT: Three-day, 54-hole tournament with 18 holes each day. The top four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.

TEE TIMES: Oregon State will start on the 10th hole beginning at 9 a.m. MT (8 a.m. PT) on Friday and be paired with Tulsa and Wyoming.

LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament at birdiefire.com.
