When and where did you start playing golf?
I started playing golf when I was 5 at Jefferson Park Golf Course in Seattle, Wash.
Have you ever gotten a hole-in-one? If so, when and where for each?
I've been lucky to have two! My first one was in a summer tournament in Seattle and the second was my freshman year at Cal's tournament at Ruby Hills Golf Course in Livermore, Calif.
What's your favorite golf course and why?
Kapalua Golf Course in Maui, Hawai'i. It's a challenging course but definitely one of the most beautiful ones I've ever played.
Why did you choose to attend Oregon State?
It's a breath of air from the bustling city of Seattle but is close enough to home for comfort if I ever need it. And of course, the opportunity to compete in the best conference for women's golf is one that I will always be grateful for.
What do you like best about your teammates?
We all bring different energies to create something special and I love learning about these girls every day.
What do you like best about your coaches?
They motivate me to reach for goals out of my comfort zone and I couldn't thank them more for all of the wisdom and inspiration they bring to me and this team.
What do you like best about Corvallis?
The support from Beaver Nation and how every place in town is decked out in orange and black.
Who is the most famous person you've played golf with?
I don't think I've played golf with anyone famous, but I did have a putting contest with Slick Watts of the Seattle Supersonics and he won.
Who would be in your dream foursome?
Tiger Woods, Kam Chancellor, my dad and myself.
If you could play a different college sport at Oregon State, what would it be and why?
Gymnastics definitely! Because I've always wanted to know what it feels like to fly and I think flipping in the air is the closest thing I'll get.
What is your best athletic achievement to date?
Holding the junior class scoring average here at Oregon State.
What are your team and individual goals for the season?
Make it to postseason and finishing my career here at Oregon State strong.
Through the power of sport, we help people discover and pursue their passions, talents and purpose in order to live a life of balance and positive contribution.
