Game Notes
- Weather at game time was 85 degrees, with a light breeze out of the north.
- The game aired on Fox Sports 1. Joe Davis was the announcer; Joey Harrington was the analyst and Kris Budden was the sideline reporter.
- Oregon State's captains were Sean Mannion, Ryan Murphy, Michael Doctor and Terron Ward.
- Oregon State won the coin toss and chose to defer. San Diego State elected to receive, defending the south end zone.
- Oregon State wore its black jerseys with black pants and black helmets. San Diego State wore its white jerseys with black pants and red helmets.
- Attendance for the game was 41,339.

Oregon State Team Notes
- * Oregon State intercepted a pass for the third game in a row this season and for the fifth game in a row over the past two seasons.
- * Oregon State scored four rushing touchdowns for the first time since it rushed for six in a 77-3 win over Nichols State on Dec. 1, 2012.
- * Oregon State rushed for 97 yards (including sacks) after gaining just 10 net yards against the Aztecs in 2013.
- * The Beavers are 3-0 for the fifth time since 1999, inclusive. OSU has been 4-0 three times, most recently in 2012.
- * The crowd of 41,339 was the largest-ever for an OSU-SDSU game. The old high was 32,829 for SDSU's 17-8 win at Jack Murphy Stadium on Sept. 8, 1972.
* Oregon State has won three straight games against SDSU and leads the series 3-2. No further games between the teams are scheduled for the immediate future.
Oregon State Individual Notes
* Oregon State quarterback Seam Mannion threw for 275 yards and moved into first place on OSU's career yardage list with 11,339 yards. Derek Anderson (20010-04) held the old record of 11,249.
* Mannion moved past Anderson into third place on the Pac-12 career passing yardage list with 11,339 yards.
* Mannion did not throw a TD pass for the first time since the 2012 Alamo Bowl loss to Texas, which he did not start. The last time he started and did not throw a TD pass was in a 23-6 loss at California on Nov. 12, 2011. He had thrown at least one TD pass in 26 consecutive starts before Saturday.
* Left cornerback Steven Nelson intercepted a pass for the second game in a row. He has eight in 16 career games.
* Sophomore Rahmel Dockery's first career reception was a 49-yard catch to the SDSU that set up OSU's second touchdown.
* Freshman slotback Hunter Jarmon had a career-high five receptions for 76 yards. He had one career catch before Saturday.
