Joe Burton has now played in 120 games to move him into a tie for eighth all-time at Oregon State with Lathen Wallace (2008-11), Kyle Jeffers (2004-07) and Gary Payton (1987-90). Josh Tarver is the school's all-time leader with 130 career games.
Burton had 17 points and 10 rebounds to post his third double-double of the season and seventh in his career.
Roberto Nelson had 20 points and has consecutive games with 20-plus after getting 25 at California on Thursday. It's the second time in his career he has back-to-back 20-point games after getting 21 against Illinois-Chicago and 20 against Howard last season.
Challe Barton got his first start of the season and third in his career. He replaced Jarmal Reid who had started the previous 17 games.
Barton had a career-high four rebounds. His previous career best was three boards in three games, most recently against Chicago State on Dec. 16, 2012.
Eric Moreland had three blocked shots to give him 47 on the season and pass Devon Collier for the most by a sophomore in Oregon State history.
Moreland had 10 rebounds to reach double digits for the 11th time this season and 22nd time in his career.
Stanford shot 56 percent (14-25) from the three-point line, the best by an Oregon State opponent this season. The previous best by an opponent was 50 percent (6-12) by UCLA on Jan. 17.
