2004: Cole enters fall camp as the starter at slotback...his senior leadership will be needed at an area of the team that lost two veteran receivers (James Newson/Kenny Farley) from 2003...he enters the season with 36 career games played, including seven starts as a sophomore...a probable punt returner for 2004, a role he has served during his career at OSU...enters the season with 52 career pass receptions for 616 yards (11.8 avg.) and two touchdowns...did not participate in spring drills for reasons unrelated to football.
2003: Cole played in every game as a junior...made six receptions for 93 yards and returned 42 punts for 211 yards...he accounted for 42 of the team's 46 returns...his longest punt return for the season was 42 yards against Arizona State...returned one kickoff for 14 yards...his best outing as a receiver was a four reception 67-yard effort vs. Washington...finished the year sixth on the team for all-purpose yards with 318...also made two tackles.

2001: Cole joined the program as a walk-on true freshman tailback to start fall camp...he quickly was moved to slotback after impressing the coaching staff with his receiving abilities...he played the first game of the season on special teams and at slotback...he became the starter in game five of the season against Arizona and caught four passes for 58 yards and one touchdown...he concluded the season as the team's third-leading receiver with 23 receptions for 250 yards...he had a career-long 47-yard reception at Washington...following the season he was rewarded with a scholarship.
LAKE OSWEGO: Cole earned four letters playing for head coach Steve Coury, a former Beaver All-American receiver and recent inductee into the OSU Sports Hall of Fame...first team all-state as a senior at running back and second team as a defensive back...Three Rivers League Player of the Year as a senior...his best prep game offensively was as a senior against rival Lakeridge - 270 yards rushing and 30 yards receiving...named one of KATU Television's Athletes of the Month.
