Women's Golf Tops Cal-Riverside 5-0-2 In Match Play

BEAUMONT, Calif. - -
The Oregon State women's golf team won five matches and tied two against California-Riverside in a non-counting match-play contest Thursday afternoon at Oak Valley Country Club.
Alex Lucio, Leah Whiting, Laura Skinner, Kelly Kerkvliet and Anna Rosvall all won their matches, while Lindsay Eide and Kelly Ferris were all-square after 18 holes.
Rosvall held a five-hole advantage over UCR's Dana Travis with four holes to play, earning a 5&4 win. Skinner won 4&3 over Kathleen O'Neil.
The Beavers play next at Arizona State's PING Invitational Apr. 2-4 in Tempe.
