Rebecca McCaulley joined Oregon State University in August of 2010 as a receptionist for the OSU Foundation. She joined the Our Beaver Nation team in May of 2013 where she is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of major events, as well as taking the lead on smaller scale events. McCaulley is also the Our Beaver Nation office's primary contact for the creation and submission of all major gift agreements.

McCaulley holds a bachelor's degree in American studies from the Oregon State University (2008). She, her husband Adam, son Cameron and their two dogs reside in Albany.
