Dr. Ronald Wobig

Born and raised in Oregon, Dr. Ronald Wobig received his doctorate degree in Medicine in 1993 from Oregon Health Sciences University. He completed his orthopedic surgery Residency at OHSU in 1998, where he won the Hugh Morris Resident Teaching Award and the Orthopedic Resident Research Award. Dr. Wobig completed his Sports Medicine (Knee & shoulder) fellowship at Louisiana State University from 1998-1999. He came to the Mid-Willamette Valley to practice in 1999, and since has enjoyed living in this community with his wife and four children. He is involved as a team physician for several local high schools and colleges in this area, and previously served on the school board for Santiam Christian School. He continues to enjoy spending time outdoors and being involved in various sport activities.
