2025-26
· Served as Oregon State's primary starter at 157 pounds during the 2025-26 season, compiling a 17-11 record and earning a runner-up finish at the Pac-12 Championships to help the Beavers capture the team title.
· Hamblin went 5-3 in dual competition and 12-8 in tournaments, with nine decision wins, three major decisions, two technical falls and three falls among his victories.
· He placed third at the Midlands Championships on Dec. 30, posting back-to-back falls of Illinois' Ryan Bennett (2:53) and Rutgers' Conner Harer (3:34) before closing with a 10-3 decision over Cal Poly's Anthony Berg and a 4-0 shutout of Harer in a rematch.
· Hamblin opened the year at 149 pounds at the Roadrunner Open on Nov. 23, going 2-2 with a 15-3 major decision of Cal Poly's Matthew Luna and a 2-1 squeaker over CSU Bakersfield's Mikah Labuanan before dropping down to pounds permanently.
· His fastest fall of the season came in 30 seconds against Northwestern's Gunnar Myers on Dec. 5, part of a 3-2 run at the Cliff Keen Invitational.
· Hamblin delivered one of his biggest dual wins on Jan. 31 at Wyoming, posting an 8-2 decision over No. 17 Jared Hill to help Oregon State to a 25-12 victory on the road.
· He added a 19-2 technical fall of CSU Bakersfield's Jose Farias on Jan. 16, an 11-3 major decision of Little Rock's Kyle Lew on Jan. 23 and a 3-1 decision of Arizona State's Gabriel Delgado on Feb. 6.
· At the Pac-12 Championships on March 6, Hamblin knocked off Cal Poly's Jagger French, 8-5, in sudden victory before falling to No. 30 Jaivon Jones of Little Rock, 5-1, in the 157-pound final.
· For his Oregon State career, Hamblin compiled a 29-19 record across 149 and 157 pounds, with six major decisions, four technical falls and four falls, along with an 11-6 mark in dual meets.
