- Earned Academic All-Mountain West and named a MWC Scholar Athlete in 2020 and 2021
- Once named to the All-Mountain West Cross Country First Team (2020)
- Two-time All-Mountain West Cross Country Second Team (2019, 2021)
- Earned All-West Region Cross Country honors in 2019
- Made the NCAA West Regionals twice in cross country
BARLOW HS
- A four-year letterwinner who showed marked improvement in both cross country and track
- Was the runner-up at the 2016 Oregon 6A State Track & Field Championships as a senior
- Racked up a combined ten victories in the 1,500m and 3,000m in her final year at Barlow
