Noriega joins the Beavers from San Diego State, where he spent the last two seasons as a Graduate Assistant. In that role, he coordinated practice, game and scouting film, and helped facilitate player development through on-court workouts. He also helped schedule and organize a staff of 20 student-managers.

Overall, the Aztecs went 43-21 in Noriega’s two seasons as Graduate Assistant, making the NCAA Tournament in the 2024-25 campaign.

From 2020-24, Noriega served as a student manager at San Diego State. He contributed to practice and game-day operations, and handled filming and live coding. The Aztecs made the NCAA Tournament in all four of his seasons as a student-manager, highlighted by a 32-7 2022-23 season that ended in the National Championship Game. Noriega also helped the Aztecs go 26-11 in 2023-24, making the Sweet 16.

Noriega has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance, as well as a master’s in business administration from San Diego State.
