Mikey Carrillo joined the Beavers in the summer of 2022 as the program’s Graduate Assistant – Director of Video.
Carrillo comes to Oregon State after spending the 2021-22 season as a Graduate Assistant at Central Michigan. He did his undergraduate work at East Carolina, where he served as a student manager for the men’s basketball team.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Carrillo served as an intern with the NBA Summer League in 2022, and was a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Guaynabo Mets in Puerto Rico.
Carrillo has a master’s degree in leadership from Central Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in sports studies from East Carolina.
A native on Puerto Rico, Carrillo hopes to someday work in the NBA.
