Lee Taylor is in his second season as a graduate assistant for recruiting at Oregon State. He assists in the planning and execution of official and unofficial football recruit visits.
Taylor held the same position at the University of Wisconsin in 2014 where he also assisted with recruit visits and with the run game defensive plan with line coach Chad Kauha’aha’a. With Taylor’s assistance the Badgers finished second in the Big Ten for scoring defense allowing 20.8 points and for total defense allowing 294.1 yards per game (fourth in the NCAA). Wisconsin was also the top team in the conference in 3rd down percentage defense (third in the NCAA) allowing a paltry 28.6 percent. The Badgers finished the season with a Big Ten West Division championship.
Prior to joining the Wisconsin football staff, Taylor worked as a photographer and editor for Fox 13 News in Salt Lake City and as an athletics photographer for the Utah State media relations department.
The native of Pittsburgh, Pa. earned a bachelor’s of science degree in journalism and broadcast media from Utah State University in 2013.
