Cole Moore was named Oregon State’s Director of Player Personnel in February 2022.
Moore joined Beaver Nation after one season as the assistant director of player personnel and co-camp director at Texas. While there, he assisted the director of player personnel and the defensive coaching staff while developing recruiting strategies for the Longhorn football program. He assisted the director of player personnel with roster management and official and unofficial visits.
Prior to Texas, Moore spent six years at Montana State, where he first served as a football administrative assistant, then director of football operations, next the assistant athletic director for football operations, and finally chief of staff. While with the Bobcats, he oversaw all aspects of the football program. That included roster management, recruiting operations, the budget, volunteer programs, compliance and team travel and meals.
Moore began his collegiate career from 2015-16 at Washington as a football recruiting graduate assistant. He assisted in developing recruiting profiles for the team’s coaching staff as well as recruiting itineraries.
He is a native of Whitehouse Station, N.J., and is a 2014 graduate of Montana State with a degree in political science. He also earned his master’s in intercollegiate athletic leadership from Washington in 2016.
