Ticket Information
Tickets can be purchased in person at the OSU Ticket Office, Room 143 in Gill Coliseum, by phone at 1-800-GOBEAVS (541-737-4455 locally), or online 24/7 at beavertickets.com. The ticket office is open 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.

ADA Accommodations
ADA seating is available at every OSU Athletics venue, sold as both season tickets and single-game tickets, with details varying by facility:
- Reser Stadium (football): Fans using electric wheelchairs or needing weather protection are given priority in covered ADA seating at the Loge Level, East Side. Game-day ADA exchanges begin three hours before kickoff at the Will Call booth behind the South Endzone.
- Gill Coliseum (basketball): ADA seating is limited to 48 total seats. Game-day exchanges begin one hour before tip-off at the ticket booth on the East side of Gill.
- Gill Coliseum (volleyball, wrestling, gymnastics): ADA seating is general admission with no game-day exchange process — ticketed patrons can go directly to available ADA seating.
- Goss Stadium at Coleman Field (baseball): ADA seating is limited to 60 total seats on the concourse level. Exchanges begin one hour before first pitch at the Gate 4 ticket booth.
- Kelly Field & Paul Lorenz Field (softball, soccer): ADA seating is general admission with no exchange process required.
At every venue, patrons are permitted one wheelchair/disabled seat plus up to three companion seats per game (exceptions made for fans requiring two caregivers); all seats must be purchased.
ADA parking requires both an OSU parking permit and a valid DMV placard. Visitors with a valid placard can obtain a free three-hour guest permit at Transportation Services, with exceptions on football and basketball gamedays. A valid placard also allows parking at any meter with a limit over 30 minutes without payment. Reser Stadium sells dedicated ADA spaces in the Stadium Lot ($30) and Parking Structure ($15) on game days; Goss Stadium and Gill Coliseum offer an ADA golf cart shuttle.
Bags & Approved Items
Oregon State Athletics uses a clear bag policy at all ticketed events, in place since spring 2018. Each person is permitted one clear bag and one small clutch:
Clear Bag
12" x 6" x 12" or smaller, no more than two pockets — OR a one-gallon clear, re-sealable plastic storage bag.
Small Clutch
4.5" x 8.5" or smaller (roughly the size of a hand), with or without a strap. Subject to search.
Approved items include:
- Binoculars
- Blankets
- Still cameras
- Empty, non-metal/non-glass water bottles
- Factory-sealed water bottles (1.0 liter or smaller)
- Medically required liquids
- Seat cushions (incl. pockets/zippers, subject to search)
- Service animals
- Handheld banners, signs, flags*
- Umbrellas that fit within a clear bag (may not be opened inside a venue)
- Outside food/drink for dietary or medical needs, and for children age 2 and under
- Plastic or cardboard toy chainsaws, after inspection
*Banners, signs and flags must be handheld, cannot obstruct other guests' views, cannot hang from stadium facades or attach to a pole, and may not include discriminatory, obscene or targeted-negative content.

Code of Conduct
Oregon State University assigns a high priority to athletic events taking place in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors, spectators, staff and student-athletes alike. Guests, participants and working staff are prohibited from using language, or displaying gestures, signs, symbols or images that are physically threatening, abusive or discriminatory — including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, disability and/or sexual orientation.
Those who engage in disruptive behavior, including discriminatory or threatening/abusive language, are subject to ejection from the venue without refund or reimbursement.
Emergency

Gates & Entry
Gate locations, numbers and opening times are venue- and sport-specific — see each venue's page below for exact assignments. As a general rule of thumb: standard gates typically open 90 minutes before the event, premium entrances (Club, Loge, Suites, Terrace) open two hours prior, and Will Call/ticket sales windows open earliest, generally three hours before kickoff for football.Â
All persons entering a venue, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket or credential. Tickets are mobile-only through the OSU Beavers app or your online account.
Lost & Found
During a Reser Stadium event, Lost & Found is located at the Reser Stadium Operations Center on the east concourse near Section 111. To report a lost item, use the link below and a member of the Event Management team will follow up if a matching item turns up. For questions or to schedule a pickup, email athfacops@oregonstate.edu.
- On non-gamedays, contact Event Management at 541-737-7375.
- After two weeks, unclaimed items are turned over to the OSU Department of Public Safety (money, wallets, purses, ID cards, phones, flash drives, medications), the OSU Key Shop (keys), or Central Lost & Found (everything else).

Parking & Transportation
OSU Transportation Services parking permits are required in campus lots Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Tailgating and open-flame grills are prohibited in parking structures. General parking questions: Event.Parking@oregonstate.edu or 541-737-8321; game-day hotline 541-737-7375.
- Reser Stadium (football): Reserved car/RV parking is season-long; day-of ADA spaces are the exception. Game-day sales start six hours before kickoff, cash only, $20–$45. Tailgating may begin six hours before kickoff (no earlier than 7 a.m.). Re-entering a lot after exiting is not permitted.
- Gill Coliseum (basketball): Our Beaver Nation Member lots open 90 minutes before tip. Game-day parking operations begin two hours before tip: $10 for men's basketball, $5 for women's basketball.
- Gill Coliseum (volleyball, gymnastics, wrestling): No parking charge for regular-season events, though OSU Athletics does block off and use spaces in the Gill lot. Paid parking possible for NCAA/Pac-12 championship events.
- Goss Stadium (baseball): No charge for regular-season games. The Goss lot requires an A3 permit; for Friday games before 5 p.m. an hourly permit is needed.
- Athletics Tri-Plex (soccer, softball, track): No charge for regular-season events; paid parking is possible for NCAA or Pac-12 championships hosted at OSU.
Football Gameday Shuttles ($5, start three hours before kickoff):
- Fairgrounds Route: Benton County Fairgrounds; Jefferson Way near Peavy Field
- 9th Street Route: 9th & Spruce; 9th & Garfield; Jefferson Way near the Memorial Union
- Downtown Route: 2nd & the Super 8; 2nd & Western Blvd.; Jefferson Way near the Student Experience Center Plaza

Prohibited Items
OSU Athletics venues comply with all TSA and Department of Homeland Security prohibited items guidance. The following are not permitted:
- Alcohol (outside beverages)
- Glass containers
- Metal cans
- Hard-sided coolers, any size
- Flags/signs on poles or sticks (incl. selfie sticks)
- Artificial noisemakers
- Firearms, knives, weapons of any kind
- Explosives, flammable material
- Pets (service animals excepted)
- Chainsaws (except inspected plastic/cardboard toy versions)
- Outside food from vendors
Sealed bottled water is permitted. Home-brought food/snacks are allowed if carried within an approved bag; food and beverages for children or dietary/medical needs are exempt.
Umbrellas that don't fit in a clear bag may not be opened at any time inside Reser Stadium or Gill Coliseum; at other venues they may be opened if they don't obstruct other guests' views.
Strollers are permitted; for football games, stroller check is available at the corner of Ralph Miller Drive and the NW entrance of Gill Coliseum.
Smoking / Tobacco-Free Policy
Oregon State University is a Smoke & Tobacco Free University. Smoking, including electronic and vapor products, is prohibited in or around all OSU Athletics venues.
