A: Beginning with the 2021 season, tickets for all events will no longer include a printable PDF option. This decision was made to move to a contact less entry for the safety of our fans. Mobile ticketing will also protect the integrity of your tickets and to prevent fraud and counterfeit problems that often accompany PDF tickets. Printed PDF tickets WILL NOT be accepted at any Oregon State Athletics venues for admittance. This year, all season tickets and single game tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket!
Q: I have never used My Account before. Do I already have an account? Do I need to create a new one?
A: If you have ever purchased or renewed tickets through beavertickets.com, you already have a registered online account. If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password link emailed to you. If you do not have a registered online ticket account and you do not know your Pin #, please contact the Beaver Ticket Office at beaver.ticket@oregonstate.edu to link your account.
Q: Can I print my tickets from home?
A: No, all tickets must be presented on your mobile device.

A: Follow these steps:
- Make sure you have used the correct email address.
- Check your junk mail folder.
- Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
- Be sure to add our email address, beaverticket@oregonstate.edu, to your list of trusted email addresses.
- Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive.
- Buy home game tickets online.
- You will receive an email or SMS text. Click the link to add the tickets to your mobile wallet.
