Q: I am happy with my current seat location and I want to be back in 2022. What do I need to do?
A: Good decision! Please go online or call 541-737-2050 to renew. Your full renewal cost is due at the time of renewal (ticket + per seat contribution).

Q: How does allocation work for the 2022 season and what system will you use to determine who gets seated first?
2022 2023 reseating

A: The allocation process will begin on April 2022. The order is as follows:
  1. Renewed season tickets that are not impacted by construction will maintain their locations.
  2. Displaced Westside accounts by Beaver Point Total
  • Through the Ballena seat selection process, displaced Westside accounts will be able to see all locations that they are able to sit in without having to pay additional per seat contributions. If they select seats that require a higher per seat contribution, the customer would see that amount in their cart.
  1. Current season ticket holder upgrades/add-ons and new season tickets paid in full by Beaver Point Total
  2. Deposits for new season tickets by Beaver Point Total
Q: What can I do to get an earlier appointment time to select new seat locations
A: Appointment times will be determined based on your Beaver Point ranking. Additional points can be accrued by increasing your 2022 Our Beaver Nation donation. Contributions will support the holistic development of OSU student-athletes through Educational Support, Leadership Development, and Wellness.

Q: How do I get tickets to the game versus Montana State that is being played in Portland?
A: Tickets to the game versus Montana State are not included in the season ticket package. They will be available for purchase on a single game basis and season ticket holders will be given priority access.

Q: I want to be a new season ticket holder in 2022, are you taking requests for new season ticket holders?
A: New season tickets are available now for a $50 deposit per seat or can be paid at full. Seat locations will be determined during the allocation process in April. Paying the full ticket amount in advance will improve your allocation slot over just paying the $50 deposit.

Q: What is the benefit of buying and/or retaining season tickets for the 2022 season?
A: You will be first in line to select location in a Completed Reser Stadium in 2023!

Q: Will you have enough seats in 2022 to accommodate all current season ticket holders?
A: Yes, capacity will be 26,407 and we will have enough space to accommodate all season ticket holders.

Q: If Oregon State goes to a 2022 bowl game but I elect not to have season tickets this season, will I still be able to purchase bowl tickets through the OSU allotment?
A: Priority access to bowl tickets, regardless of the bowl, will always be given to current season ticket holders and donors. If there is remaining inventory in the Oregon State allotment remaining after the season ticket holders and donor requests have been fulfilled, those tickets are made available to all non-season ticket holders and the general public.

Q: Can I opt out of my season tickets for the 2022 year and secure seats for 2023?
A: Now is not the time to walk away from Oregon State Football! Call us at 541-737-2050 and we will walk you through a list of reasons as to why the time is now to invest in our football program so that we can continue investing in them at the highest level. If you do elect to not renew for the 2022 season you will lose season ticket holder status, consecutive years of giving (unless you donate $100 to Our Beaver Nation) and the inability to guarantee that seat location for future seasons.

Q: What if I cannot pay my entire required ticketing and contribution balance when I renew or purchase my season tickets?
A: Monthly contribution plans are available when providing a credit or debit card. Plans will be offered with final withdrawal dates of June 2022. You can set up a monthly contribution plan by logging in to your ticket account or contacting the sales officer at 541-737-2050.
Q: I support the Completing Reser Stadium project and understand needing to relocate for the 2022 season but I want to continue sitting by the people I’ve been sitting by for several seasons - can we relocate together?
A: Yes – during the renewal process groups can select seats together. Each season ticket holder will be provided their own individual time. The selection window will not close until the entire process is complete. For groups to select together, we suggest members of the group login together at the appointment time of the person with the lowest point total.

Q: My seats are being eliminated due to construction, do I still renew during the renewal period?
A: Yes, season ticket renewals begin December 13, 2021 and conclude on March 31, 2022. Displaced accounts need to call 541-737-2050 to speak with a sales representative.

Q: Do you still have enough ADA and easy access seats?
A: Yes, there are still ADA and easy access seat options located in the south endzone, east side and on the Terrace. For more information, please call 800-GO-BEAVS.

Q: Will Terrace sections be impacted?
A: The Terrace (sections 19-25) will not be impacted by construction. However, Terrace passes will no longer be issued and in preparation for a 360 degree concourse in 2023, the concourse portion of the Terrace will be open to anyone with a game ticket.

Q: Will sections 17 and 18 be impacted?
A: Yes, sections 17 and 18 will no longer exist. Season ticket holders from these sections should call 541-737-2050 to renew and discuss their options for the allocation process.

Q: Will section 127 be impacted?
A: Yes, section 127 will be unavailable for the 2022 season but will be accessible for the 2023 season. Season ticket holders from this section should call 541-737-2050 to renew and discuss their options for the allocation process.

Q: What seating might be added on a temporary basis during the construction?
A: There will not be any temporary seating added during the 2022 season.

Q: Do you maintain consecutive years of giving if you are displaced but elect not to have season tickets during the 2022 season?
A: If you elect to not renew your season tickets, you will lose consecutive years of giving status. However, if you donate $100 to Our Beaver Nation, you can maintain that status.

Q: If my seats are located on the east side currently, would I be impacted by the construction?
A: Seats located in the Terrace, the east side and the south endzone will not be impacted by the construction. A small number of accounts will need to be relocated in the south endzone and Valley View sections to accommodate the required visiting team allotment. Impacted accounts will be contacted by a sales representative during the renewal period but are encouraged to reach out directly at 541-737-2050.

Q: I currently give at a legacy seat contribution rate. Will my grandfathered status remain?
A: Legacy status will be discontinued for all accounts that currently reside on the west side. We continue to value each of these accounts and are reaching out to them directly via phone and email with information on the process and their options. For immediate assistance, impacted accounts can call 541-737-2050.

Q: Will there still be enough parking for everyone and a tailgating atmosphere around the stadium?
A: YES!

Q: Will ADA parking spots still be available the day of games?
A: Yes, there will be no impact to ADA spots on game days during the 2022 season.

Q: Will game day shuttles be running during the 2022 season?
A: Yes, we anticipate there being no changes to the shuttle system used on game days.

Q: Which parking lots will be closed or impacted?
A: The Reser skybox lot and a portion of the Reser Valley Football Center lot will be impacted by the construction. The pass holders in impacted spots will be notified directly by the Our Beaver Nation staff in January 2022.

Q: How is my appointment time selected for parking?
A: Total Investment will be used to determine appointment times for parking.

Q: How is Total Investment calculated?
A: Total Investment is calculated by cumulative giving to OSU Athletics (philanthropic and required seating/parking donations), lifetime athletic ticket purchases, 10% of non-athletics lifetime giving to Oregon State University. See here for more information.

Q: Why is Total Investment used for parking selections and not Beaver Points?
A: The 2018 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act spoke specifically to eliminating the deductibility of contributions that provide the right to purchase a season ticket or that received Beaver Points. The Total Investment system was created to best steward supporters of OSU Athletics who decline Beaver Points to maintain tax deductibility of their gifts.

Q: When does my appointment time open?
A: You will receive an appointment time via email in early May.

Q: When does my appointment time close?
A: Technically, your appointment time does not close, however availability will continue to diminish as other appointments open.

Q: What other lots are impacted?
A: Skybox, 30th lot, Scoreboard and Reserved RV have spaces impacted.

Q: Can I upgrade for single game reserved parking?
A: Single game parking in reserved lots will not be available for the 2022 season.

Q: Can I upgrade to reserved RV spaces?
A: Spaces in the reserved RV lot are limited. A seating/parking donation will be required to upgrade to any available space.

Q: If we are impacted by parking in 2022, are we assigned a certain space or can we pick?
A: You can pick your assigned parking space during your selection time.

Q: How can I improve my Total Investment prior to April 8?
A: You can improve your Total Investment by renewing your season tickets, and either paying your required seating/parking donation or making a philanthropic contribution.

Q: If I don't select parking soon enough to get a spot in Reser, can I get refunded the difference between where I select and my required contribution?
A: We can convert this into a philanthropic contribution.

Q: Will Beaver Block Party be back for a second year?
A: Beaver Block Party will return for the 2022 season. Food carts, adult beverages, games, the jumbo TV screen and more are scheduled to be back as we look to continue growing this space on game days!

Q: Will concessions locations be the same for the Terrace, south endzone and east side as they have been in previous seasons?
A: The same concession stands will be available and an effort is being made to add some additional portable concession stand locations.

Q: Will the restroom locations be the same?
A: Restroom locations will be the same and an effort is being made to add some additional port-a-potties by the Terrace, if space allows.

Q: Which gates will be open for entry?
A: Gates A, B, C, D/Terrace and H will be open for the 2022 season.

Q: Is the box office still located in the south endzone?
A: Yes, the box office and all ticket operations on game day will remain in the south endzone.

Q: What is being done to limit concession and restroom delays on the east side in 2022?
A: As we do each off-season, the athletic department is assessing the feedback we received regarding fan experience during the 2021 season. We are working with our partners to maximize the space that will be available for the 2022 season and to continue to cultivate an atmosphere that helped contribute to a 6-0 home record during the 2021 season.
