At Oregon State, our Sports Nutrition philosophy is ‘Train to Eat, Eat to Train’ and to put proper education and food first. Oregon State Sports Nutrition strives to educate all student-athletes on proper nutrition by inspiring positive relationships with food, enhancing performance with fueling and recovery, and developing cooking and shopping skills while they both attend and for when they leave the university. The program encompasses the belief to prepare the ‘whole person’ to perform and carry oneself as a NCAA Division I athlete.
