GENERAL INFORMATION
What kinds of payment do you accept?
The Beaver Ticket Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
May I return tickets purchased from the Beaver Ticket Office?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
What can I do with unused tickets?
You can forward tickets electronically to friends, or sell them online.
How do I change the contact information on my account?
Address changes for Season Ticket holders for any sport may only be done with a written request by the primary account holder or via the account holder’s online account. If an address change is requested via email or mail, please include the following information:

Can I add a name or change the name on my ticket account?
Only spouses or partners may be added onto an existing account at the request of the primary account holder with proper documentation. Please contact the Beaver Ticket Office 1-800-462-3287 or email beaver.ticket@oregonstate.edu.
How do I transfer my season ticket account?
Transferring of tickets is possible from spouse/partner to spouse/partner and parent to child through the Beaver Ticket Office with notarized written consent from the primary account holder. Ticketing history and Beaver Points are non-transferrable. Please contact us at 1-800-462-3287 or beaver.ticket@oregonstate.edu to get more information and have the transfer documentation sent to you.
I misplaced/lost my tickets – what can I do?
Customers that have purchased football season, mini plan or single game tickets through the Beaver Ticket Office may call 1-800-462-3287 to request a reprint of their ticket(s). There is a $5 per ticket fee to reprint. Only the primary account holder may request their tickets be reprinted; however they may leave the tickets in Will Call under another name. Tickets for sports other than football can have tickets reprinted at no charge, with the primary account holder being the only one to request the reprint.
When are tickets mailed?
All single game tickets ordered at least 7 business days prior to an event will be mailed. Season tickets are mailed at least 4 weeks prior to the first home event.
Can tickets be sent electronically?
Yes, you have the option to have tickets sent via email to print at home or mobile tickets can be sent as attachments and scanned directly on your phone.
FOOTBALL TICKETS
How much are tickets?
Season tickets range from $150-$390, in addition to a required per seat contribution to Our Beaver Nation (for most sections). Buying season tickets represent over a 60% savings from buying individual game tickets.
What is an Our Beaver Nation gift?
Our Beaver Nation is the fundraising arm of Beaver Athletics. Contributions raised from seat donations generate funds necessary to pay for student-athletes education and the costs of operating the athletic department.
