New Ticket Marketing Approach Introduced
Oregon State Athletics recently entered into an exciting new venture with the Pac-12 Conference establishing a new ticket marketing and sales effort (Pac-12 Sales) to engage and better serve Beaver Nation for season tickets, premium seating and group outings. This Saturday Pac-12 Sales staff will be located in the Reser Stadium Club level for the annual Spring Game beginning at Noon and also at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field for the Beavers vs. Arizona baseball game at 4 p.m.
Russ Amidon has been appointed as Director of Sales for Pac-12 Sales at Oregon State.
"We are excited to add Russ and his team as part of our exciting new Pac-12 venture,” OSU Deputy Athletics Director Mark Massari said. “We are committed to improving everything about the game-day experience to better serve our loyal fan-base while focusing on engaging potential customers. The Spring Game is another opportunity for us through Pac-12 Sales.”
Pac-12 Sales focus provides personal sales and service for football suites, Club seating and season tickets for several Beaver sports. The new partnership with the conference will have Pac-12 Sales representatives located within the OSU Athletics Department in collaboration with Our Beaver Nation and the OSU Athletics Ticket Office. Donations and season tickets secured through Pac-12 Sales, Our Beaver Nation or Beaver Ticket Office is made directly to OSU Athletics as part of the new #UN1TE 1-stop shop approach.
In addition to the two-hour hard hitting football game in new head coach Gary Andersen's first Spring Game, the following promotional season ticket opportunities will be available:
· Several hundred seats will be tagged with a special #UN1TE cover to mark their availability for the 2015 season. Fans interested in those seats can bring the cover to a Pac-12 Sales and Beaver ticket representative in the Club level to secure those seats.
· Every fan who makes a deposit on 2015 season tickets will receive a free Beaver football player bobble-head.
· Already secured your season tickets? Bobble-heads are available for any season ticket holder who provides a valid potential new customer contact to Beaver Tickets and Pac-12 Sales in the Club level or at the Beaver baseball game on Saturday.
· Our Beaver Nation staff will also be present with Pac-12 Sales and OSU ticket representatives in the Club level on Saturday to answer any questions.
