QUOTING INTERIM HEAD COACH GABE WINKLER: “This is the biggest weekend of the season for us so far. We’ve been training hard to prepare for these races and have bumped up our freshmen for the first time this year to have our boats as fast as possible.”
“It’s going to be a good one. Wisconsin and Stanford are both ranked ahead of us so we’re the underdog but this is our opportunity to show we’re better than our ranking.”
“This is our second weekend in a row at Redwood Shores. We have the routine down and now can build off of our times and have better execution.”
