Two BeaverSalute Events on Tap

The Oregon State athletic department will recognize veterans and active military members at three upcoming events this weekend as part of its popular BeaverSalute program.
The first event is Saturday’s 11 a.m. Pacific-12 Conference wrestling dual against Cal State-Bakersfield. All active and veteran members of the armed forces, and up to three family members, will be admitted free of charge (maximum of four tickets per veteran).
The women’s basketball BeaverSalute is set for 5 p.m. Monday, when OSU hosts Washington in a Pac-12 game. Again, all active and veteran members of the armed forces, and up to three family members, will be admitted free of charge (maximum of four tickets per veteran).
The men’s basketball BeaverSalute is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21, when the Beavers host Colorado at 8 p.m. That game will feature the Paralyzed Veterans of America Wheelchair Basketball Team at halftime.
BeaverSalute lapel pins will be available in the lobby at all three BeaverSalute events to those with a military ID.
Tickets for all three BeaverSalute events are first-come, first-serve prior to game-day and can be reserved by calling 1-800-GO-BEAVS or in person at the Gill Coliseum Ticket Office (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays).
