Spring Football Showcase May 3

Need your Beaver football fix before practice starts in August? Oregon State Athletics invites you to the annual Spring Football Showcase. It’s your chance to not only see the new roster of Beavers for the 2014 season, but also participate in many activities around the stadium.
The day begins at 10 a.m. with the first ever 50-Yard Line Sale in the Merritt Truax Indoor Center. Fans have the opportunity to purchase everything from actual game jerseys and uniforms from past seasons from all of OSU’s 17 intercollegiate sports to branded furniture and other apparel. Fan Fair also opens at 10 a.m. at Parker Plaza with numerous inflatable games, spring football posters and other marketing materials, a beer garden, food samples and a dunk tank where you can send Director of Athletics Bob De Carolis among others to the bottom with all proceeds benefitting Beavers Without Borders.
The popular autograph session is at 10:45 a.m. at Parker Plaza.
Your preview of the 2014 Beavers begins at 1 p.m. at Reser Stadium. The approximate two-hour workout will air live on the Pac-12 Networks. Gates open at Noon with concessions available; admission is free, but fans are encouraged to donate canned food items at the gate for the Linn-Benton Food Share.
OSU ticket officials will be on hand at Fan Fair and in the Club Level to answer questions regarding season, group and mini-plan tickets for what is an attractive seven-game home schedule with visits from Oregon, California, Utah, Washington State, Arizona State, San Diego State and Portland State. Fans making deposits for ticket plans on-site will receive three bobbleheads of Jordan Poyer, Markus Wheaton and Benny Beaver.
It will be a great day to be a Beaver and we hope to see you there. Fans are reminded of the many construction projects and street closures or reroutes near Reser Stadium. For more information follow this link.
