QUOTING HEAD COACH Risë Alexander: "We had a productive week of practicing. Individually, they were able to work on their own strengths and weaknesses that they deemed necessary. Then we also worked on our creativity and visualization skills, which resulted in some good revelations about their mental focus. I believe it was a fun week for everyone and also extremely productive. Now it's all in their ability to transfer the lessons in practice to the competitive rounds. We shall see. We are definitely on the right track for our young group. I anticipate a much improved performance for the team this coming Monday and Tuesday in Fresno that should elevate their confidence for the Pac-12 Conference Championship. Again, they have had their ups and downs this year, but they are definitely gaining some excellent lessons on how to compete under pressure."
