Andrew Moore Named To Pitcher Of The Year Watch List

LUBBOCK, Texas - Oregon State freshman Andrew Moore is one of 38 pitchers on the College Baseball Hall of Fame's initial watch list for the Pitcher of the Year award, it was announced Sunday.
Moore is one of five freshmen on the list and one of four overall from the Pac-12 Conference.
The right-hander is 7-1 with a 1.61 earned run average in nine games this season, and added a save during the Beavers' 14-5 victory at San Diego. He's on a two-game win streak after limiting Utah to five hits and three runs in 6 2/3 innings.
The Eugene native is 3-1 with a 2.55 ERA in four league contests.
Oregon State and Utah close out the three-game series Sunday at Goss Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 12:05 p.m. and live stats and live video can be found by visiting osubeavers.com.
