PERSONAL—Born 6/21/83 at Pasadena, CA...son of Bruce Wilkins and Michelle Nelson...his father is a bank manager and his mother works for Delta Airlines...he has one brother, Stevie, 4, and two sisters, Lauren, 15, and Samantha, 1...plans to be a pre law major at OSU...Randy Moss is his favorite athlete...his top athletic thrill as a prep was scoring three touchdowns against Muir High school in league championship game...selected OSU because, “great players, great coaches and great city.”
OSU—(2001—Freshman)—Joined the OSU program as a walk-on wide receiver for the start of fall camp on August 8.
ARCADIA HIGH SCHOOL, Arcadia, CA—Justin earned two letters and was a two-year starter at wide receiver for Coach Jon Dimaiante...he caught 7 passes for 325 yards (46.4 average) and 3 touchdowns as a junior and 30 passes for 865 yards (28.8 average) and 11 touchdowns as a senior...as a senior, Justin was selected first team All-Pacific League, first team All-San Gabriel Valley and second team All-CIF...he played in the East vs. West Hall of Fame game during the summer of 2001.
