2012: Competed in the 1,500 meters six times during the outdoor season ... Ran her fastest time of the season at the Oregon Twilight, placing 15th with a time of 4:50.61 ... Had her best finish in the 1,500 meters at the John Knight Twilight, placing seventh ... Competed in the 800 meters once during the season at the Pacific Twilight, placing eighth with a time of 2:18.56.
UTAH STATE: Was an All-American in cross country at Utah State ... Team captain in 2009.
BOISE HS: Lettered all four years in cross country and track under coach Dave Mills ... Also ran club track during high school for Team Idaho for four years under coach Tim Severa, where she helped the team to a national championship.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Craig and Cathy Olson ... Biggest athletic thrill was being on the starting line at nationals with water and mud up to their ankles and their spikes taped on.
