Emergency Action Plan for Trysting Tree Golf Course
Venue Directions:
Trysting Tree Golf Course is located on the corner of Highway 34 (Corvallis-Lebanon Highway) and Electric Road. Trysting Tree Golf Course can be accessed travelling east or west on Highway 34. From highway 34 turn north of NE Electric Road and proceed to the Trysting Tree Golf Course Club House. A member of the emergency response team will meet EMS at the Trysting Tree Club House and direct them to the scene.
Emergency Personnel:
- Certified athletic trainer and athletic training student(s) on site for Guistina Memorial Classic or other OSU hosted event.
- OSU Golf Coaches are on site for all practices and competitions.
Emergency Communication:
- Cell Phone carried by certified athletic trainer.
- Cell Phone carried by OSU Golf Coaches.
- Fixed Telephone Line located in the Trysting Tree Club House, (541) 752-3332.
Emergency Equipment:
- During the Guistina Memorial Classic or other hosted event an AED & emergency supplies are located at the Athletic Training station in the Trysting Tree Club House.
- For all other practices emergency equipment will be supplied by EMS as needed.
Role of First Responders:
- Establish scene safety and immediate care of the athlete.
- Emergency equipment retrieval, as needed.
- Activate Emergency Medical System (EMS).
- Direct EMS to the scene. An athletic training student or other team personnel will meet EMS at the appropriate entrance and direct them to the scene.
