Jason Lieuw is in his third year as an athletic trainer at Oregon State University. As part of his duties, he is in charge of all care and treatment of the women's Basketball team and oversees the graduate assistant athletic trainer working with the men's and women's rowing teams.
Lieuw joined the Oregon State Athletic Training Staff after stints as an athletic trainer with the University of the Pacific, Stanford University and George Washington University working with their various collegiate teams. He also spent time as a minor league athletic trainer in the Arizona Diamondback Organization.
Lieuw is a 1997 graduate of the University of the Pacific where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science working with the various collegiate teams. He also earned his Athletic Training Certification from the National Athletic Trainers Board of Certification in 1997.
He then continued his higher education earning his Masters of Science in Exercise Sciences at the University of Iowa in 2000 where he worked with the men's and women's basketball teams.
A native of Millbrae, Calif., Lieus is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association as well as the Collegiate Athletic Trainers Society.
He currently resides in Corvallis.
