Josh Therrien is in his third year as an athletic trainer with the Oregon State baseball team. He also works with the Oregon State football team.
This past summer, he assisted with athletic training during tryouts for USA Baseball's 18U National Team in North Carolina and is slated to work again for the team in 2012.
Therrien came to Oregon State from Washington State, where he worked with the football and baseball teams while earning his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology in 2007.
He also holds a Masters in exercise science from Oregon State in 2010. He is NATA-BOC certified and is also certified by the American Red Cross as a professional rescuer.
Therrien and his wife, the former Jillian Brown, were married in 2010 and the couple lives in Albany. Therrien is a native of Pullman, Wash.
