OSU—(2003—Junior Redshirt)—Brandon spent the spring alternating between guard and tackle to find where the best position would be for him to help the Beavers...Brandon has settled at right tackle for the time being...he will report to fall camp listed as the backup right tackle to Doug Nienhuis...Brandon has a lot of natural ability...he needs to improve his consistency...a good fall camp could increase his opportunity for playing time in 2003...in terms of height and weight, Brandon is the largest player on the OSU roster...Brandon’s career bests in weightlifting include 505 pounds in the back squat, 365 in the bench press, 292.1 in the power clean and 297.6 in the push press...he has a vertical jump best of 21.5 inches.
