First Round Tee Times Set for NCAA Men's Golf Arizona Regional

TUCSON, Ariz. - The NCAA has released the tee times for Thursday's first round of the 2011 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Arizona Regional, where the Oregon State men's golf team will be looking for a second consecutive trip to the NCAA Championships.
The Beavers, who enter the tournament as the No. 8 seed, will begin at 8:50 a.m. and be paired with players from the seventh-seed Pepperdine and No. 9 seed Purdue. The Arizona Regional will be played at the par-71, 7,199-yard Omni Tucson National Golf Resort.
Oregon State Tee Times and Pairings (First Round, Thursday, May 19)
8:50 a.m. - Casey King; Parker Page, Pepperdine; Tyler Duncan, Purdue
9:00 a.m. - Jonnie Motomochi; Andrew Widmar, Pepperdine; Henry Plager, Purdue
9:10 a.m. - David Fink; John MacArthur, Pepperdine; Erich Johnston, Purdue
9:20 a.m. - Nick Sherwood; Josh Anderson, Pepperdine; William Sjaichudin, Purdue
9:30 a.m. - Alex Moore; Andrew Putnam, Pepperdine; Adam Schenk, Purdue
The three-day, 54-hole tournament includes 14 teams and five individuals. The low five teams and the low individual not on those teams will advance to the NCAA Championships at Karsten Creek in Stillwater, Okla., from May 31 to June 5.

The Beavers advanced to their first NCAA Championship since 2001 last year when it finished fourth as the No. 4 seed in the Gold Mountain Region in Bremerton, Wash. Oregon State finished in a tie for 16th at the NCAA Championships that were held at The Honors Course in Ooletwah, Tenn.
