Equipment Donations Sought For 'Friends Of Baseball' Sunday

Portland, Ore. - With the goal of allowing underprivileged youth the opportunity to play ball, Friends of Baseball and PacificSource Health Plans are collecting new and like-new baseball and softball equipment at Goss Stadium during the OSU vs. USC baseball game on May 22 in Corvallis.
Friends of Baseball welcomes all equipment donations that are in excellent condition and can immediately be used on the field. The following items are especially needed:
• Baseballs
• Softballs
• Mitts
• Cleats
• Catchers' gear
• Batting helmets
