Softball Hosts No. 14 Washington For Season Finale - Oregon State University Athletics

THIS WEEK - The Oregon State (18-24 overall, 1-17 Pacific-10 Conference) softball team returns home this weekend to take on No. 14 (ESPN.com/USA Softball) Washington (32-13, 7-11) in a three-game set starting Thursday at 3 p.m. at the OSU Softball Complex. The series continues at 3 p.m. on Friday and will conclude on Saturday with a 12 9.m. first pitch. Sunday's game will be senior day honoring seniors McKenna Lowe and Audrey Roderfeld.

GAMES 45-47: NO. 14 WASHINGTON HUSKIES - Washington comes into the weekend with a 32-13 overall record and a conference record of 7-11 while riding a four game losing streak. They were swept by No. 1 Arizona State last weekend at home.

Offensively, Kimi Pohlman leads the team in batting average with a mark of .436 and has started all but one game this season. Niki Williams leads the team in home runs (13), RBIs (47) and slugging percentage (.794) The Huskies are second in the conference in team batting average at .330.

Kaitlin Ingelsby is the ace of the pitching staff starting 20 of the teams 45 games this season. She posts a record of 20-8 on the season with an earned-run average of 2.33. The Huskies post the worst team ERA in the conference with a mark of 3.45.

MILESTONES - In the final game of the Oregon series, Audrey Roderfeld played in her 200th game at Oregon State and is the active leader on the team. With five strikeouts against California (5/7), Junior Paige Hall passed the 300 strikeout mark for her career. Other upcoming milestones Erin Guzy quest for 100 career hits, she is just two shy at 98. Lea Cavestany is three starts away from 100 for her career while Ashley Sanchez is just one start away from the century mark.

IN THE RECORDS - With two home runs this season, Audrey Roderfeld now sits alone in third place all-time at Oregon State in home runs with 37 for her career. Her 10 RBIs this season has moved her into a tie for fourth in career RBIs with 121. Paige Hall's 303 strikeouts is eighth all time and passing Cheryl Reeder (1989-92) at 302. Hall also now has 37 career wins which ties her for ninth with Kelly Dyer (2007-10).
