PERSONAL--(Pronounced--TWO-Lee-Key-he-he-foe) Born 11/3/75 in Inglewood, CA...son of Vaea and Lilly Tulikihififo...his mother works for Federal Express and his father also works in the air line industry...he has seven brothers and sisters, Delicia, 22; Junior, 20; Ana, 19; LuAnne, 17; Ofa, 16; Davio, 12; and Milika, 5...he is in the College of Liberal Arts and is a sociology major...selected OSU because, “Pacific-10 Conference, it is close to home and I have a cousin attending OSU.”
OSU—(2001—Senior)—Brian has played in 9 games at OSU, all as a backup defensive tackle…Brian was moved to defensive end during spring drills and he adapted very well to his new position…he is expected to give the Beavers a solid pass rusher…in the winter program, Brian posted a bench press best of 365 pounds…he had a best of 297.6 in the power clean and 455 in the squat.
OSU--(2000-Redshirt Junior)--Red-shirting in 1999 was good for Brian as he gained a lot of experience and a feel for the pace of the game at the Division I level...participating in the winter conditioning program also was an asset for Brian as he posted the ninth best bench press mark on the squad at 360 pounds...a sore knee prevented him from participating in the other two lifts...Brian was listed at No. 2 on the depth chart at right tackle on defense at the start of spring drills...he had a solid spring and completed the spring as the No. 2 left tackle behind Eric Manning...he will definitely be in the rotation at the tackle positions in 2000.
OSU--(1999-Junior)--Brian enrolled at OSU at the start of fall quarter and reported with the newcomers on August 9...he spent the 1999 season as a redshirt defensive tackle and member of the scout team during practice sessions.
RICKS COLLEGE, Rexburg, ID--(1997-98)--Played for Coach Ron Haun at Ricks College, a team that produced a 10-1 record in 1998 and won the Western State Football League championship and finished the season ranked No. 3 in the nation, the same ranking its enjoyed in 1997...Ricks was 22-2 during his two years at the school...in 10 games for Ricks in 1998, Brian had 15 solo tackles, 18 assisted tackles, a safety, 2 quarterback sacks, 5 passes broken up and one forced fumble...runs 4.9 in the 40...Brian was a two-year starter for Ricks, a team that produced a 21-2 mark over two years...Brian earned second-team All-Region 18 honors...he is a cousin of current Oregon State defensive lineman, Sefa O'Reilly...also recruited by Utah, Utah State and San Diego State.
