2004: Koets (Coats) has an excellent chance to be the starter for the 2004 season at left tackle...played behind Brian Kilkenny last season...expected to make big strides and become another in a growing list of outstanding linemen at OSU...was slowed by an ankle injury during spring drills.
2003: Adam played in five games, including three conference contests (ASU, Arizona, Stanford) and the Las Vegas Bowl...his spring performance in 2003 moved him up the depth chart to number two for the entire season.

FOOTHILL: Adam lettered three years in football for head coach Doug Case...started three years as a defensive end and his senior season as a left tackle on offense...first team All-Century League on offense his final season and a three-time all-league selection on defense...Century League Defensive Lineman of the Year twice...second team All-Orange County and first team All-CIF Division VI on offense as a senior...for his defensive career he had 229 tackles and 16 quarterback sacks.
