PERSONAL: Born in Oakland, California...son of Eli Frank and Joyce Jackson...Eli is a graphic designer...has one brother, Lugmon, and two sisters, Nina and Miya...enjoys hunting, diving and cars...chose OSU because "I enjoyed the small town atmosphere and loved the football program.
