2008: Brennan took snaps with the first and second teams during spring, being one of the "veteran" healthy quarterbacks in camp...will likely compete for the No. 3 spot in August's camp.

PERSONAL: Born in Portland, Oregon...son of Tim and Amy Sim...has one brother, Garrett...Garrett is a true-freshman basketball player at Oregon...Tim was a three-year letterman split end at OSU from 1979-82 and also played basketball and participated in track (decathlon)...at the March (2007) team awards banquet, Brennan earned the "player who most looks like a coach (Off. Coord. Danny Langsdorf) award"...majoring in business.
