McAndrews Overcomes Injuries to Start (Corvallis GT 9/2/2010)
2010: The coaching staff is hopeful Wilder can bounce back from a troublesome wrist injury that sidelined him in 2009 and part of 2008 ... if healthy he is candidate to be at or near the top of the depth chart. 2009: Missed the entire season after undergoing wrist surgery. 2008: Played in three games before suffering a wrist injury. 2007: Redshirt after transferring from Hawai'i, where he was not a member of the football team.
KAMEHAMEHA: Two-year letterman, starting one year on the offensive line ... also participated in track where he was a hurdler.
PERSONAL: Born May 10, 1988 in Honolulu ... has three siblings ... numerous former teammates are playing college football, including fellow Beaver lineman Ryan Pohl ... graduating in December in science and has been accepted into the OSU Doctor of Pharmacy Program.
