Nearly two years removed from her knee injury, Brooke began the '08 season in the vault and beam lineups. However a knee injury during the season's first month put her on the sideline for three meets. The team's depth on the balance beam prevented her from regaining a spot on the apparatus. Brooke spent the latter part of the season in a three-way battle for two spots in the vault lineup.
2007
Coming back from injury, Brooke secured two lineup positions in 2007. A key component to the Beavers' beam team, Brooke has scored a career-best 9.900 twice, including at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships to finish second on the event. She earned the first individual title of her career with a 9.900 on beam at Washington in February. Performing as the lead-off to the vault team for most of the season, Brooke saved her best vault of the season for last, turning in a season-high of 9.825 at the NCAA Championships getting the Beavers off to a hot start. She also earned Pac-10 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
2006
Brooke missed the entire season after suffering a torn ACL in her right knee at the Hawaiian Classic. The injury occurred during the first tumbling pass of her first career routine in the Beavers' first rotation of the season. Brooke had earned a position in three events (vault, beam & floor) for the Beavers and was providing competition to the bars lineup. Had she remained healthy, Brooke was expected to have a similar impact to the team as fellow freshmen Jami Lanz and Tasha Smith. Brooke used the 2006 season as her redshirt season and has four years of eligibility remaining.
